We believe you will love all of our products as much as we do; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.  

To ensure that your return is accepted, we request that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase and that your product be in the same condition that you received it when it is returned to us. Your returned item should include all original tags. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will ship your new item at no cost to you.

Items that are exempt from being exchanged are as follows: . 1) Any custom-ordered product that is not available publicly on the website, 2) items returned after 30 days from the purchase and 3) items that have been used and/or lack the original product tags.

Defective Items: If an item has a manufacturer defect, send us an email at and we will be happy to assist you in the exchange of your item without any additional cost to you. This process will need to be started 14 days or less from receipt of package.

Shipping: Orders are typically shipped in 3-5 days from purchase.. We are not responsible for any errors made by the Carrier; however, if you have had a problem with receipt of your shipment, please email us at, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem.
